Returns Policy

We understand buying jewellery online can be a little tricky. We do our best to describe our products accurately and give you lots of photos to determine how a piece will look. But sometimes the jewellery you receive, isn’t what you expected. 

That’s why we offer change of mind returns as well as returns for product defects. Here’s how they work:

Change of mind

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of the date of delivery for a Harmenstone credit. We’ll email you a promo code gift voucher to the value of the returned item as soon as we get your Harmenstone back and give it the once over to ensure it can go back on the shelf.

Items must be returned by certified mail at your expense and must be in unused condition with original packaging. We don’t refund or credit the original shipping costs. 

Any item that we deem unsuitable for resale due to you having returned it to us with the incorrect packaging, damage or modification will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Please note, custom orders can not be returned unless they are defective. 


We make every effort to ensure that jewellery passes the most stringent quality control tests. But from time to time, defects can sneak past us and on to you.  

If your Harmenstone is damaged or defective when you receive it or doesn’t live up to your reasonably held longevity expectations, we will replace it or refund it and cover the return shipping costs.


We will refund you to the original payment method chosen. We will notify you by email when we have processed your refund. Refunds can sometimes take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.


We offer exchanges only if we have the exchange item available.  You will be required to pay shipping costs for the exchange item and will again be liable for any duties, taxes or other fees imposed.

To be eligible for a refund or a replacement item for a defective item, you need to let us know of the defect within 7 days of delivery.  Once you’ve returned the item to us, please allow up to 30 business days in order for our investigation to take place, and for any refund to be processed or replacement to be sent. We’ll email you with updates along the way.
